Now both escape the police station and Bob chases them until he lands in a street. When both get out successfully, Chaplin removes the stool where Bob is sleeping and escapes the police station with Oggy. Chaplin is clever and uses the end of his stick to snatch the keys of the prison.
He kicks his plunger stick that wakes Bob and asks him to be silent. In the jail, Chaplin wakes up and introduces himself that he's a joker and asks Oggy about how did he end up in the prison so Oggy weeps and says his story so Chaplin says that he'll get him out of the jail. Oggy tries to say constable but says it as "comstable" but Bob corrects him and goes for a nap. It's in New York Police station where prisoners get beatings and kicks. Bob thinks that Oggy has attacked him so he takes Oggy in the van and Olivia tries to save him but fails. Marky opens the box and the shoe hits Bob. The cockroaches hide besides a movie theatre lighting and packs a box with a spring shoe as policeman Bob was standing near the theatre.
Joey saw Olivia's flower basket so he steals it with Dee Dee and Marky so Oggy again chases them. Olivia asks about the tire so Oggy entertains her by using the tire as a hoola-hoop and runs on the tire. Oggy goes back to his home street to say a Happy Birthday to Olivia. Lady K who seems to be unsatisfied by the flower makes a see-saw to throw it to the golden torch of the Statue of Liberty. Joey put a dynamite stick in Oggy's mouth that blasts the engine. Joey laughs but Oggy comes back but Joey hitches a ride on a cycle to Brooklyn Bridge so Oggy gets hit by a truck to chase Joey.
Oggy continues the chase but he gets stuck in an ambulance tire and Joey lashes the horse and the horse runs. Joey throws the rose on a cloth cover on a shop so Oggy goes to catch it but he fails resulting in Joey getting the flower and Oggy being squished by a vehicle. Oggy was spraying water on the rose until Joey got frustrated but while seeing the rose, he plans to gift it to Lady K on her birthday so he steals the flower. Olivia asks her whether she wants a flower but she says no and leaves. Episode starts: A fine day in Manhattan, NYC, Oggy cares for his rose in the vase and waves to Olivia on her birthday.
